Great mentorship, support, and resources for a junior level designer (and any level / field). The NY office is a great close-knit community, and everyone wants to watch you succeed and grow. Big projects with a push for design. Doesn’t feel like a corporate firm at all, but has great benefits and work-life balance.

Cons

Stays in the bubble of healthcare and client standards, which can be stifling when trying to expand creative thinking. But I know the NY office is always trying to push creativity.
