Not for young people... a good place to settle maybe

- Flexibility --> can come and leave whenever - Culture is very lax, lots of events

Cons

- No real design opportunities (a lot of TIs) - Compensation under market value (for architects) - Other offices are disconnected to main Philadelphia office - Very traditional management
