Nice people, easy going and willing to help. Lots of design work to be done, even for an entry level designer and you weren't stuck doing "intern" tasks like library duty

Cons

Lower pay than other companies for this position, mediocre benefits and not offering can service/dinner compensation if you're working late like other design firms.

Large company with a diverse mixture of employees located within the heart of the historic district of Philadelphia. Descent benefits.

Cons

Company does not honor flexible work hours nor working from home. In order to take an hour here or there you need to "bend the rules".
