Pros

ExaGrid is a healthy company that grows year over year. The working environment and peers are pleasant but focused. Meaning most folks pull their weight and contribute to the overall growth. The technology and product line is solid with a lot of room to run / increase in market share. The compensation is good as well as the management in general. Overall, working at ExaGrid is a steady and positive experience.

There is No 401 k match.

Pros

ExaGrid has an experienced engineering team which it treats well. The result is that engineers stay, giving the company great depth and ability when it needs to maneuver. There is pretty good work-life balance with understanding that people have families and need down-time. The support team is high-functioning, and there is a solid multi-level escalation process. The result is happy customers and engineers that are able to work on new product and a reasonable level of support issues. There is flexibility and career growth. The facility is clean and modern. It has good resources and a reasonable cafeteria. It is well maintained.

Cons

The location is not so convenient unless you live nearby. You have to drive to everything.
