Sinking ship.

Pros

They pay well, and had at one time had great technology. Some real talented engineers on staff.

Cons

Recent resignation of many long-term employees. Senior management mandates that ExaGrid does not: Provide any training from partners (no funding ever). Has A closed door policy when it comes to ideas (self-proclaimed know it all in control). Fosters and maintains no team structure (physical layout of offices, and lack of department and regular company meetings). Never allow general communication between departments, ever! (at company meetings only the CEO speaks!).

Pros

Good company, great people, great product and a culture that fosters openness and integrity. Great technical people and a chance to work on very challenging projects with exposure to many engineering facets. Fast moving environment but customer experience is always priority one.

Cons

Private company with a great product living in a land of goliaths, so getting name recognition is a challenge.
