Pros
Nice employees, coworkers many of which I have known in previous professional positions. Overall, base salaries are competitive for MetroWest Boston. Good, stable product which sits in a nice niche industry that should be around for a while. Great support staff and customer satisfaction is very high. All engineering jobs are US-based. Less stress than previous jobs. Nice facility/workspace. Great location.
Cons
Does not offer benefits such as 401K matching. This could go a long way toward making ExaGrid an elite tech firm.
