good pay, flexibility, no micro managing, ability to bonus monthly if F/T, work from home, good access to supervisors. Quick reimbursement

Cons

QA dept, QA rules change often, they alter/add your reports wording. Benefits are expensive. You are reviewed on your job yrly in July- no matter when you started. Very few people manage greater than 3s.

Premex have great incentives for staff members including monthly employee of the month awards, team player awards and spin the wheel where staff have a chance to win up to £100 in vouchers. Management Team are really friendly and approachable. There are a lot of progression opportunities and in house training courses to get you to where you want to be. Amazing Christmas do's and other charity events over the course of the year which are lots of fun! Sports and Social committee has been created so that all staff get to have a say on what goes on within Premex and everybody gets the chance to attend quarterly reviews so you know exactly where you're up to.

Cons

None! Really enjoy working here and would recommend it to anybody.
