Constant Criticism of everything you say or do - they like to refer to this as feedback !
No confidentiality - staff called out in meetings for being off sick or if they have received a U grade !
Training - Mentors who would rather watch TICTOK instead of mentoring and would rather they finish your assessments so they can get off home early !
Constantly bombarded with emails and teams messages, often very negative and minor issues which seem to be blow out of all proportion.
Nothing matters more than the assessment being completed, its all about numbers not the claimants !
Staff Morale is extremely poor
CSLS - Changing all the time there is no continuity, and varying advice given so its hard to know what information is correct !
They like to stress when you start that they are a caring bunch !! This has to be a joke ! They don't let you know about the exit points throughout and make you feel like your just another number !
Can't wait for my last day !!
No wonder they are recruiting every month, the staff retention is horrendous !
