The management was very easy to work with and was very understanding of family obligations. You are free to work at your own pace as long as work is being completed in a timely manner. I enjoyed my time at ExamWorks Dallas and was provided every opportunity for success. Another bonus, the building has a Starbucks on the second floor, a workout facility and covered parking.

Cons

The work is deadline driven.

Well known company in the medical management/consulting industry (which can be a good or bad thing)

Cons

Office staff is disorganized, managers are disconnected and don't really care - say they are going to fix issues, but never do. Everything is for the bottom line, huge push at the end of the month to meet numbers and close out as much as possible - just very corporate while office staff is trying our best to serve the clients AND the corporate big wigs and make everyone happy. They don't care care about the clients or employees, everyone is dispensable and they can get another client or employee.
