Not much, flexible lunch breaks. There aren't anymore pros, but it's making me fill out at least 20 words. There is nothing to rave about.

Cons

Just about everything. The old supervisor that doesn't know how to do much and rides everyone's coattails, and gossips more than a 16 year old.

Pros

occasional food brought in-end of month/quarter, quarterly nominations and acknowledgements for those that sit in the office only with a visa gc and certificate. Time off okay, benefits okay. Theme days.

Cons

Sterile environment, comradery is frowned upon, people so quick to blame or tip toe around others/issues rather than take responsibility. A lot of work, high demands, lack of training. All about money - no longer about customer service. Lack of appreciation/acknowledgement when praise is due. Fear and ship up or you're out mentality = distrust. Too many people touching one thing.
