Pros

If you're into the way the business world works, go ahead...

Cons

If you're not into a desk job then don't make this a career.

Pros

There really aren't any.nothing I could think of except I still have friends who work there and there are a lot of nice people.

Cons

Everything you could think of wrong with a work environment. I worked there almost 2 years and the amount of turnover was incredible. People either left in the middle of the day of their own accord or they would fire people over stupid stuff and send them crying out the door. I've never seen people treated so poorly in my whole life. Most all management were nasty (my jerk boss especially). Higher ups walk past you and were too good to even say good morning. They are all very fake. You couldn't trust anyone in management. Ask for some consideration for a personal problem and they would make you feel like gee do you really have to? It was just horrible.

The bad outweighs the good these days

Pros

Flexible schedule, a lot of good people, free coffee, and occasionally management will buy lunch.

Cons

Trend towards poor internal management; employees are poorly trained, what training there is is not reinforced, and there is little to no procedural consistency. Employees have developed a "not my problem" attitude as a result of backlash when trying to ensure things are handled correctly across the board.
