Pros

They kept my job during Covid(at a very reduced comp level)? That's About it.

Cons

-Management (there is none, mine was a guy who was a photographer and Underarmour store manager before he took role of regional sales mngr- absolutely no insurance experience or managerial skills) -Compensation (no 401k match, expensive benefits,)is terrible and commissions are VERY sketchy -No Marketing assistance, just go figure it out yourself -No markets you can actually go into since covid, don't let them convince you otherwise- almost all claims offices are now remote--who will you see face to face?? -Good old boys network: IF you don't fit in, you will be kicked out! -Make sure you research how many times this company has been sued for various reasons over the last 5 years even.

Just Don't

Pros

Super nice to be able to work from home. Easy to get days off. Management rewards paid time off on Fridays when goals are met. 60 hours paid sick time @ the beginning of the year. 4.5 hours of PTO every two weeks.

Cons

Rare communication from management. Training is terrible. The guidelines are old and a huge mess. No communication re updates. Huge turnover due to not being honest with employees when hired. Rare employee meetings with immediate supervisor. HR folks need to learn how to use their words..as I never felt so valueless as an employee. Questions asked of trainers are oftentimes answered with sarcasm during training and asking a question often turns into an error anyway. Trainers/management don't recognize a job well done.
