Pros

Consistency, polite people to work with, sometimes they would offer lunch. Overtime is avail. during busy seasons. Benefits are nice.

Cons

You will often be the middle person to communicate things to people/clients. You must have tough skin and a lot of confidence. This is nothing that they prepare you for. People are generally unhappy while working here, and it is the overall vibe of the entire office. Opportunity for growth is presented but can also be taken away for no given cause/reason.

Pros

There was free parking and a coke machine. They might have removed the coke machine though.

Cons

Where do I start? I had 7 managers in one year. The merging of two companies and the EW corporate takeover was completely hostile! Raising prices of services and changing reporting of most expensive product the MSA - probably not the best move but hey, the guy they finally placed in charge has a college degree so that must mean he can do big things. LOL Oh, and let's discuss the clients that have dropped their contracts with them. Or the employees that were laid off so that document imaging can be processed cheaper in some small little Malaysian back office. I can't even.....
