Pros

Not stressful at all! Free food they buy you with lots of food. No a lot phone calls for you answer.

Cons

Very weird work environment everyone stays to themselves not friendly no home like feel. Employees hardly smile with the exception of some. If you don’t kiss the managers but or act fake your not getting any where in this company. A lot of micro management. Some employees could get away with murder not doing work pretending they are texting on their phone people even got away with doing each other’s work but again there is a lot favoritism you kissed but you are liked. This is no brained job it is easy as hell but management made it seem like you needed a PHD. They kept feeding you in the beginning this is a great company but from the time I started there were four people in a Dept and three quit and the whole Deot was left with one worker, a manager quit. So why are all these people quoting if this is such a great place to work. Please! A very strange work environment to try to progress and succeed in.
