Pros

Challenging work environment, laissez-faire management style & great work/life balance for established performers, competitive salary, bonus & benefit structure, state-of-the-art technology, fulfilling work environment.

Cons

No 401(k) match (although a plan is available). Some employees struggle with morale, but this is a challenge with any employer. Examworks leadership makes an effort to motivate struggling employees.

Operation office employees are mostly low pay young workers - DRAMA. They do not provide any retirement benefits. HR Department is filled with a bunch of morons.

Heavy workload but very reasonable compared to other sales positions. Lots of travel, but great opportunities!
