Pros

Flexibility in schedule. Remote opportunities given if one has proven to work very well/efficiently.

Cons

Often times there is lack of communication between management and staff.

Pros

Used to be able to work from home, but the micro managing got rid of that option. After that was taken away, there are no pros. Morale, pay, and the amount of overtime requested to do (mostly at the last minute and most of the time was requested during a week with a holiday, so no actual OT of time and a half was paid out. Just your regular hourly rate unless you worked over 40 hours). Isn't that illegal?????

Cons

The manager in our department would not allow us to speak to other employees in other departments, even if it was work related. If there was an in office function of everyone bringing in a pastry or something for a small breakfast, we were discouraged from participating as it would take away from 'our productivity.' More time was spent recording and justifying our productivity (countless, multiple emails from mgmt asking us about it), even though reports could be run by mgmt and more time could be left for us to actually work. Favoritism ran rampant, with several employees being constantly harassed, even some who had major health issues. Workflows were constantly being changed as well as assignment of duties, and production would be constantly increased even though no new automation had been added to the processing system. Constant hiring of temps who would be released and/or would see the light and leave, so lots of wasted time on training. Instead of hiring as an actual employee with benefits, there is no motivation for these temps to stay or try to do well. All in all, a very, very bad place to work. If i could give negative stars, i would. There is not enough space to keep going on here. And I quit of my own choosing, I was NOT fired.

Pros

Working from home with some flexibility.

Cons

Company does not value employees. Two cuts in pay across the board during the past 2 years. Received a one page paper calendar with company logo for Christmas.
