Coworkers that have shared concerns about this company

Cons

There are many, they place supervisors in position that have no clue of what they're doing and quite frankly they are not true supervisors they are overpaid babysitters because they have no authority. Salary is not based on skills and experience. It's based on how much you are liked.

If you like an up and coming organization and don't mind constant growing pains...then this company is for you.

Cons

No work life balance whatsoever. Management is clueless because the are trying to grow so fast. They don't care about their people in the least.
