Pros

Salary (starts off high but raises are not good), benefits, office moral & environment, support staff, company advancement opportunities

Cons

Tons of overtime, take advantage of employees on salary, rarely let you take your vacation time, but not allowed to cash it out either, insane work load, they just keep piling it on anytime it appears you are caught up, expect QA to work till 10-11 @ night last 4 days of every month, Not allowed to take last week of every month off for vacation. Get irritated if you call in sick, even when you really are ill & rarely call in, scheduling vacation time is almost impossible, want you to act like your job is your entire life, should be able to work 10 hours or more a week overtime, if your child is sick don’t even think about calling in, they’ll pressure you to come in or expect you to work from home & harass you all day long via email and phone calls. Calling in was such a nightmare I only took two days off when my father died from cancer & 1 day when my mother had major surgery

Pros

Casual dress code and free parking

Cons

No formal training program for such a large company which is their first mistake. Grammar, spelling and knowledge isn't as important as meeting numbers. High turnover and quality of work doesn't matter. Most of the clients don't speak highly of the company's competence and I attribute that to lack of training and inexperienced leadership. Too cliquey.
