It's a job, love what I do but can not stand the politics, favoritsm, and lack of appreciation

lack of concern for the employee, favoritism is rampent, no consistency in any area-what is true for one is not for another. One gets away with unapproved behaviors, others get reprimanded for similar behavior. SO much inequity

None really, it’s gone downhill

Cons

HR dictate on everything and it says a lot when They order everyone back into the office but don’t come in themselves. No structure and chaotic handling of any issues. No one takes responsibility for any problems anymore.
