      Too many new people in management roles leaving projects and employees burnt

      Prior to ExamWorks Kindertons was a very employee centric, some great people that ignored being undervalued. Potential projects were interesting

      Post ExamWorks you went into two camps, those below mid management and those above. Very clearly valued as a number rather than person.

      Worked here for a number of years and thoroughly enjoyed the people that I worked with.

      Cons

      Never felt particularly trusted, poor home working policy, senior management within the department made the work environment uncomfortable.
