Pros

What I like most is that I work alone 99% of the time. When I hear other people complain about office politics and difficult co-workers, I am thankful that I don't work in an office. Also, I enjoy the travel. I've had the opportunity to kayak under the Golden Gate Bridge and around the Statue of Liberty. Wherever I go I try to find something interesting to do.

Cons

You spend a lot of time away from home.

Most co-workers are friendly, coffee, snacks, some fun office activities, growing company, some good teams

Cons

Work is not valued or acknowledged appropriately, Top Leadership does not adequately support HQ employees, Medical Benefits are not consistent, HR Team is not managed well. Trust and integrity severely lacking.
