Good people. Management trying to always do the right thing. Flexible office/work from home , depending upon job needs. Convenient HQ location. Business perfromance has been good and getting better.

Relatively small office. Pay is OK, not best in town.

This position has given me the opportunity to travel around states I have dreamed of going to. I love the travel aspect of this position, but also the fact I get to interact with individuals on the daily. I feel like I am doing good in the community as an OHS.

Some cons are you are by yourself through the week and working solo.
