- On boarding is non-existent - little to no guidance - constant Overtime week after week - NO JOB SECUIRTY (Laid off due to lack of work after 1 month)
Management and Ownership really care about its employees. They are really flexible on schedules and a lot of employees work remote/telecommute. Overall great place to work. They have team building exercises, happy hours, annual party etc. overall culture is great.
Cons
Workloads can be a lot some times but management does well to balance things when/if you get overloaded.
