Excelacom should focus more on its employees and invest in a solid training program where the employees can grow technically and functionally as well as be prepared to develop into strong managers. A career path should be clear with a mentor program to support all levels from entry to managerial. Staying connected is key to a consulting company where our consultants are staffed all over the map.
