Pros

Stable company with job security. They like to promote from within, so there are opportunities for growth.

Cons

The culture isn’t great, the environment is pretty dim and lifeless. But overall not a bad place to work.

Pros

Excelligence is an early education company that invests significant resources into the development and testing of the products on offer. My role has me combing through feedback from end users from multiple sources and gives insight into how the product stands up to 'real world' use. This insight is fed back to our development teams and helps sustain a cycle of continuous improvement. Flexibility in remote work allows for a predominantly healthy work / life balance. The leadership team (which are located on both coasts) make regular visits to the distribution center in Olathe. They are regularly asking for feedback on ways to improve engagement and job satisfaction.

Cons

My role can end up being viewed as a 'roadblock' when opinions are voiced that may impact sales. Moving 'too slow' is seen as being difficult or 'worrying too much', as opposed to practicing due diligence.
