Fantastic HR Manager who truly cares about the employees. One of the cleanest warehouses I have ever worked in. Lots of perks to keep employees happy. CEO is always soliciting feedback from employees and actually responds in kind. HR and Management team is always working on ways to improve moral.

Cons

Typical problems of a warehouse environment. Can be hot or cold, can be short staffed, can have lack of communication.
