      Quick and easy training, moving up in company quickly, many job opportunities.

      Cons

      All women staff, bad managers, clique pools like high school, not being able to disconnect the calls with customers if they are bad mouthing you.

      Everything. There are no pros to working for this company. The managers are not knowledgeable nor do they care to learn. This is the most unprofessional place to work, people come dressed as if they are on there way to the nightclub or just rolled out of bed. Stay away from this place, there is no growth opportunity, and there is way too unneccsary micromanaging.
