      Pros

      Exeter is not a bad place to work and the pay is competitive. Work hours are reasonable most of the time.

      Cons

      Unstable management, with unreasonable expectations. Tells us they want to take down barriers and to move faster while reducing staff.

      This place needs to figure out what it wants to be when it grows up! What a disaster. If you are looking for communication and transparency, stay away. If you are looking or uninformed and turmoil, then come on!! No one knows what the heck is going on. from top down.

      Absolutely none. Avoid this place like the plague. The new management staff have no idea what auto finance is about.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. They have systematically removed people from the company that know the business and replaced them with incompetent morons to try to do the daily job, as well as run the company. The new CEO and his sidekick are a joke! They are a couple of people who are only in it for the money, they have no clue how to run an auto finance company much. They treat people that are valuable like garbage. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
