      Pros

      Good team chemistry amongst the Recruiting team. Always willing to help each other. Was an enjoyable place to work until the HR Director (no longer there) was allowed to do as she pleased...right or wrong...and not allow workers to have personalities.

      Cons

      Hiring managers have been allowed to utilize their own recruiting processes. When they were shown other options, they would go tell on the TA person who was wanting to help. That kind of childish behavior was rewarded because their whining would be appeased and the TA processes remain stagnant because of their lack of willingness to change.
