      Pros

      Was a great place to work. Experience meant something and people trusted each other. It will succeed in my opinion, but at a great price of negative culture.

      Cons

      It quickly turned negative, and feerful. People are worried about making mistakes. No trust, and what did exist is going away.

      Since joining Exeter, I've had the opportunity to learn the industry and develop professional skills. This company is changing, but the changes are for the right things. The culture is great and embraces talent and hardwork. I'm confident this business will succeed and I'm excited to be a part of this success!
