Pros

Good people...... Thats about it.....

Cons

You are always in fear of loosing your Job. Exeter's way of measuring collectors performance is out dated and not even management understands the scoring method. Exeter staff consists of a majority African American on the lower level and NONE on top and it shows by the lack of communication and distrust. CO's and AVP's work on the same floors as lower level employees and will actually walk with the building with their heads down to avoid conversation. I and fellow co-workers where lied to from day one about bonus and work schedules and lies and mistrust from management continued though out my time at Exeter. You can be succeeding in one area at the company and be promoted without consent to another, then fired because you fail at your new position instead of just leaving collectors where they fit.

New CEO and Chief of Staff Killing Company, Get out ASAP

Pros

Vast amount of opportunities to make an impact, if allowed.

Cons

Due to the company not being financially viable, Blackstone has replaced company with a new CEO/Chief of Staff to clean house and rush to profitability. Many quality employees have been fired/laid-off without reason (at-will state). The lack of forethought by the CEO and C.O.S has left the company without the knowledge and skill-sets to properly conduct business. In a panic, they are reaching out to those they have fired to return and fill gaps. Truly Comical
