      Pay. Collectively a lot of talent within the company.

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments. Constant change and turnover at the top. The program makes "building relationships" with our dealer partners very hard.

      New leadership team has improved the culture and works to provide employee satisfaction. New ideas and suggestions are encouraged warmly welcomed. Benefit packages have been updated for 2017, giving a number of health care options that are suitable for any individual or family at an affordable price. Flexible scheduling, understanding of work/life balance, superb middle/upper management. Great compensation compared to others in the industry, attainable goals drive additional compensation. Relaxed work environment, family-like atmosphere. Ping-Pong, giant Jenga, Fuzball, couch style lounge area, updated/delicious/affordable vending/snack/lunch options in breakroom at servicing center. Free parking for employees at servicing center-- ample availability, covered parking also available.

      Cons

      Location is sometimes hard to get to due to traffic on 114.
