Pros

The pros start with my boss, who I learned a lot from, not only from a technical standpoint and how to do my job, but succeed in general. The head of my department helped me grow as well with his advice. The EVP of the operations department I worked with was top notch and the COO and CEO had a clear vision that was easy to buy into. Overall, the management above me allowed me to articulate the vision to those below me.

Cons

I didn’t have many cons. I wish I had more of a chance to explore other ways I could add value and learn about other departments.

Pros

Ypu get to work remotely from home. But don't let this fool you. You will be micromanaged and monitored constantly.

Cons

Favotism and bullying run rampant at this company. Nepotism is alive and well here! If you are not in the in crowd you will get picked on. HRBPs are only there to protect the company and not the employees. If you go to them with a question or concern they will share what you tell them with your leadership team. Retaliation and bullying are a real thing here. They do not care about employees at all they are replaceable. Procedures are changed and no notification given. Mangers are encouraged to place reps on DAs in prior to bonuses so reps become ineligible. Anonymous surveys are not anonymous.
