Pros

None, the day you find another job

Cons

Everything. There are no pros to working for this company. The managers are not knowledgeable nor do they care to learn. This is the most unprofessional place to work, people come dressed as if they are on there way to the nightclub or just rolled out of bed. Stay away from this place, there is no growth opportunity, and there is way too unneccsary micromanaging.

Pros

Nice people-NOTHING ELSE, BUT STRESS

Cons

This place needs to figure out what it wants to be when it grows up! What a disaster. If you are looking for communication and transparency, stay away. If you are looking or uninformed and turmoil, then come on!! No one knows what the heck is going on. from top down.

Pros

My immediate boss and my co-workers (much of whom have been laid off or quit by now)

Cons

When I first began, this was an awesome company. We loved our jobs so much that we would work through lunch or stay late because we didn't want to lose focus. And our leadership rewarded us, came around at least monthly to talk to us and get to know us (very uncommon for CEO's to know you by name but our old one did). I really wanted to be on board with the new leadership but after they sent out a scathing email about not coming to work during ice storms (this after they took away ability to work from home), I was offended and didn't want to work for someone that cared about employees as the new leadership seemed to. Then, as an exempt employee, our team was made to sign a collections call center agreement, and clock in and out. This after major layoffs, and everyone scared that they would be walked out. If it wasn't for my boss and my co-workers, the environment would have made me leave way earlier. They tried to make the best of a bad situation. It was so sad to see the team go from a completely self-motivated team that actually liked working over 40 hours a week to one that had to be motivated constantly because of the environment. We literally had to have approval to shred something in fear that it could come back on us and have us walked out.
