Pros
New benefit programs added every year; lots of events (even virtual) are rolled out throughout the year; regular communication from senior and executive leaders; the company has been very responsive during the pandemic; competitive pay.
Cons
Would love to be in the office to see my peers everyday but completely understand why we WFH during these times.
