      Small company culture in a mid-size organization. Great opportunity for change-agents and business developers.

      High turnover for a reason

      Work from home is good.

      Cons

      After years in the workforce, I never experienced being micro-managed until now. There are a lot of inconsistencies ask 3 people, get 3 different answers. Inefficient organizational structure and business workstreams. No work-life balance. Expectations are lofty and not realistic of one human being to do. Management doesn't know how to talk to people. They talk down and insinuate the worst. Pay is on the low end for similar roles in the market.

      Should be rated the worse place to work

      Pros

      Associates make going to work daily the best part of this place.

      Cons

      Management is rewarded for obvious racist behavior. After complaining, management sent through some type of behavioral training by HR. Did it work? Absolutely not! The same manager then promoted the next year.
