Pros

Very tight niche work community. You have the benefit of working from home.

Cons

High APR and fees. Can't do much about it when a dealer calls to negotiate it down. making it hard to capture some deals. They focus alot on how many calls you make. Even though calling dealerships can be very annoying for them because dealers are trying to make a sale not be on the phone.

Pros

Decent pay could be better but over all good environment! Two thirty minute breaks! One hour lunch! They seem to care about their employees for the most part. They challenge u which is good but the charge off department I know for sure can be very stressful.

Cons

Bonus structure sucks!!! Petty management (they just need a little more training) The phone never stops ringing I’m so over it but the energy of this call cemeteries will make you stay a little longer!
