Pay. I have my own desk and it's a big desk with drawers and a key. The break rooms are clean.

Cons

Site leaders lack competency, vision and can't be trusted. Most of the managers are ok but some are too strict some are soft and none of them agree on an answer. One is never to be found and never coaches but was promoted anyway. None of them will give you the same answer on how many lates and tardies will get you written up. They are nice people but not on the same page. The bathroom floods every other week. The Collections site leaders swear a lot on the floor and don't set a good example. They don't keep there word. Morale is bad. It used to be a great place to work but people feel sad and angry now and people are leaving. I will be next.
