Pros

Essential Work during the pandemic, Profitable company

Cons

Management thinks that they are doing great, but are very hard to work for. A lot of CYA at the employees expense. They do surveys, but don't want the real answer. They just want to give the impression that they care. If you don't answer the surveys in the way they want, you have a target on your back. They are more interested in the visibility of showing how much that they care than the reality of treating people with respect. Quotas are high and expectations are unreasonable. This company has high turn over.

Pros

The pay is good. We get two 30 minute breaks instead of two 15 minute breaks.

Cons

Very stressful. High volume and it is very hard to get customers to pay which results in a high ranking a getting a bonus.
