No work satisfaction. Micro management is more. Worst HR department. Regarding performance appraisal we sent lot of emails, they never responded it's been more than 5 Months. Even engineering management also doing same. Manager's are forcing engineers to sign in appraisal form. Manager's are saying if you didn't sign your not get salary. Even though we are performed we got only 5% hike.

HR policies is worst. If anyone is taking Joining bonus/Variable pay they will keep you lock for 18 months. If you resigned before 18 months you need to pay that joining bonus/Variable to them. Even they will keep you in lock for Performance Bonus. If you resigned before 18 months you need to pay that performance bonus to them.
