Offer good CTC but later specify that all this are conditional

Cons

Completely illoyal. If they don't have future project visibility, they sell you to other company without informing you. Senior technical people don't take responsibility. They take easiest work in project. BDM talk all lie to fool you.

Extremely uneasy work environment in India, due to unregulated and well-disguised company politics Autocratic leaders in India who’s focus is largely on driving personal agendas Company politics in India kill the morale of employees from all functions - engineering, business, operations and HR In India, the focus is on unimportant and in many cases nonexistent issues Poor definition of roles in India - people randomly asked to switch roles overnight, clearly depicting poor professionalism and a poor vision.
