Projects are good Good clients and good work

Suppose to get performance hikes in April month suddenly HR managers changed policies. No proper HR team, no one responds emails and calls. No support from verification team director's. Some engineers they didn't seen verification director's because director's will sit's in client place. They never respond calls and emails. No appreciation for work

Unfair terms and conditions unethical behaviours. Cheat employees with abroad opportunities. Untrustable and unreliable MNC which can ever exist.

The hr department is pathetic. They just hire people in bulk keep them in training for three months without even paying a single rupee saying that they have to undergo client interview and after three months without even telling the reason they will say you are not short listed. When you ask about this they will say its all there in the agreement which you signed at the start. The agreement is nothing other than a 3year bond with 5 lakh compensation if you leave company in 3years. Also they will not give you time to think begore signing the bond because during the interview they will not speak of the bond and when you go to join they will give the paper and ask you to sign. If you tell, give one day to think they will ask you to leave. Such unprofessional people who dont care about the aspirations of the freshers. More over none of the hr executives know what is happening and their managers are very much rude. If you get selected in a bulk keep mind that they will anytime will ask you to leave.
