Please note that thease are my personal experices with Eximius and it can be a completely different for other person. I am not here to generalize things. During the very first Covid outbreak,Management has introduced 6% salay cut for 4 months though lockdown and covid did not bring any financial impact to Eximius. The reason they projected was a financial safety foreseeing the pandemic situation!. Well, that is acceptable. but my point is that, if there was no financial impact due to Covid, they must have refunded the deducted amount to employess!. Its their hard earned money!, Next,They have delayed the appriasal for almost 8 months taking advantage of the same Covid situation . The hike i received was 6% which did not make any effective differecne to my salary when calculated along with the salary cut.
Next comes the eximius Wipro Merger!, Worst ever merger i have ever seen. Everything went on a toss during the merger of Eximius and Wipro. Apraisal was delayed for months without any communication to employees. No one was there to answer the queries and some Wipro HRs were of so much attitude as if its their own company! I was working at a clinet office where shedule was so tight and i even had to handle 3 to 4 projects in parallel. Though it was a hectic shedule, i was happy to work there since I had lot of learnings and was expecting a good incement from Eximius/Wipro for obivious reasons. But, it didnt happen. There was not self appraisal procedure, Nobody from Wipro or Eximius called me for apraisal discussion, Nobody asked for a feedback to my clinet side manager, Wipro HRs were not ready to disclose any info regarding appraisal, Eximius HRs were clueless of what is happening, and finally. they announced 6% hike for me and it took another 3 months to get the increment in salary. I can write for hours like this but stopping here for the interest of time!( Only one good thing happned is Wipro had increased our pf share to 12% of basic without reducing the take home salary).
