Simply coming and going from office because No projects from past 1 years

There is no proper HR policies. No upcoming projects. Already many engineers are sitting on bench from past 1 year. Firing engineers is more compare to hiring engineers. In verification it's more. No value's for previous work. If you are in bench you will get very less Hike (5%-6%). HR department is too worst. I don't know why Management still not changing HR department. Every engineer have same problem with HR department. No proper information about client interviews. If will not get any emails for client schedules.
