Pros

Amazing culture. The campus operates like a village. People become friends, workout together, eat breakfast and lunch together, and spend time outside work together as a result of the company culture dynamic

Cons

It's very unstable and much more cut throat than it used to be. The enjoyment has been squashed by the ever looming layoffs. Even every couple of months! Less stability at chk than ever before.

Great benefits, great people. Most up to date technology available and training programs were top notch. Half day Fridays were awesome!

Cons

Lack of managerial guidance. Terrible contracts left behind from previous top management team. Volatile industry leads to high level of job uncertainty.
