      Great people; developing entrepreneuial mindset; fantastic benefits; great workout facility; very good restaurants.

      Crippling debt leaves high uncertainty, leading business units to often work against one another rather than working together for the greater good; major inter-departmental silos; upper management is largely detached.

      Poorly run company with leadership decisions driven by HR now. Doug Lawler is a great manager but lacks the ability to make dynamic strategic decisions that an Commodities based company needs.
