Business Outlook
Pros
On-site restaurants, on-site gym, on-site day care, parking garages, etc. The PTO plan was the most generous I've ever had. Health benefits were excellent and they were always reevaluating to make sure employees had the latest and greatest.
Cons
My department had be come very negative and dog eat dog. Teamwork and communication were non-existent and it was hard to trust anyone.
