Pros

Good pay even though the tough times that the oil and gas industry is currently having. They take good care of their people.

Cons

Always fighting the corporate drama, not innovative enough. They need to cut more people and reorganize the company as a whole.

Pros

Excellent people with a great culture. You will be hard pressed to find a company with such a great benefits package. The management works had to make sure that the employees feel they are making a difference and offer multiple opportunities for training throughout the company.

Cons

The downturn in prices has caused a bit of a shift in the company. There are definitely fewer perks outside of employee benefits than there once were, and there is a slight lack of communication from the upper echelons of management to the working force.
