Pros

Corporate campus is incredible. Excellent benefits. 15% 401k match. Compensation and morale is outstanding when business is good. New management working hard to establish a strong and enduring company.

Cons

Morale is terrible when business is bad. Young and inexperienced middle management. Too many middle managers with poor leadership skills. Industry boom of 2000's has created a sense of entitlement. Still dealing with problems created by prior management.

Pros

Good Benefits - Compensation, Bonus, Fitness Center, Cafeteria choices. Great Personal Time Off and 401k benefits. Friendly Atmosphere. Central location. Safety conscious. Good work life balance.

Cons

I really cannot think of any except that it is in the upstream oil and gas industry. Since this industry is cyclical profitability is tied to cost of commodity.
