Pros

benefits, good working experience, time off, good sick pay, good vacation time

Cons

Chesapeake needs to take a closer look and some of the companies it acquired, ie, Nomac, Great plains, Hodges etc...individuals that are in management cheat, lie and are literally stealing from the company. They put on an honest face when Oklahoma is in town, but as the saying goes, when the cat is away the mice will play..Here we have Rats, not mice. There is no honor among thieves. They need to take a closer look at expenses, ie..parts and materials purchased on company accounts for personal use...Management enforcing rules and regulations to workers but fail to practice what they preach. Poor incentive for high morale. To Chesapeake..Do you know what your children are doing?

Pros

Company gym. Restaurants located on campus.

Cons

Not ever having enough time to go to the gym, huge work-load, for some. Not getting a lunch break, thank goodness they have on-site restaurants...right. Too many managers.

Pros

Overall culture is very positive. Big focus on health with amazing fitness center on main campus and multiple restaurants. Compensation package is competitive, low stress.

Cons

Large company with many levels of management. Middle management is very political. I never saw promotions and bonuses based on performance, just years of experience. Very, very frustrating for people who want to excel because you see people just getting by or performing relatively poorly and there's no real recognition. With so many supervisors, there are some good and some really bad. Because supervisors can be put in the position not because of their skills but because they've just worked for the company for so long.
